Yet another article on the battle between eToys vs. eToy has arrived on the scene, however this one is different.

The editorial by Kathy Foley from Nua Internet Surveys, mentions what will soon, no doubt, become the latest buzzword: Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.

"Reverse domain name hijacking has arrived, and ordinary, decent Internet users are not happy. This hijacking occurs when Goliath sues David because Goliath wants David's domain name or because he just doesn't like David's domain name."

The article also boasts a quote from the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a leading Internet Community advocacy group.
